There will be a change in the Executive Board of the Endress+Hauser Group. At the end of the year, Chief Sales Officer Nikolaus Krüger will retire at the age of 63. He will be succeeded on 1 January 2023 by Laurent Mulley (54), previously Managing Director of Endress+Hauser France. "Nikolaus Krüger has shaped our sales and service organisation over a long period of time and thus contributed significantly to the market success of Endress+Hauser," says Matthias Altendorf, CEO of the group of companies. "We thank him for his loyalty and commitment."

Nikolaus Krüger, a trained industrial mechanic, had started his career at Endress+Hauser Germany in 1988. While working, he acquired a number of important skills in marketing and sales and successfully completed management training courses in Germany and abroad. In 1999 he moved to the holding company in Reinach and took over responsibility for marketing. Since 2008, he has headed the worldwide sales and service organisation as a member of the Executive Board. Nikolaus Krüger is married and the father of two sons; he devotes his free time to family, friends, sports and magic.

From January 2023, Laurent Mulley will be the new head of the sales and service organisation with over 6,000 employees worldwide. In this role, he will report to Chief Operating Officer Dr Andreas Mayr. "Laurent Mulley has a broad technical background, has a strong sales background and knows the Endress+Hauser world very well," says Dr Andreas Mayr. "As Chief Sales Officer he will set new impulses and at the same time stands for continuity."

Laurent Mulley holds university degrees in physics and marketing and sales and completed part-time MBA programmes at the ICN Business School Nancy and the EM Strasbourg Business School. He joined Endress+Hauser France in 2012 and took over as Managing Director in 2016. Since then, he has successfully developed the sales company. Laurent Mulley is married and father of four children. In his free time, he enjoys sports and is interested in culture and art.
