The 11th edition of Made in Steel, the international conference and exhibition dedicated to the steel supply chain, opened this week at fieramilano Rho, attracting 387 exhibitors and a strong international presence. Organized by siderweb – The Steel Community, the three-day event aims to facilitate business development and dialogue on key issues such as competitiveness and sustainability in the steel industry.

This year’s edition marks a significant increase in participation, with exhibitor numbers up 21% compared to 2023 and 35% of participants representing companies based outside Italy.

“Made in Steel is a forum for connection and dialogue across the entire steel supply chain,” said Paolo Morandi, CEO of siderweb and Made in Steel, during his opening remarks. “We are here to address challenges, embrace opportunities, and shape the future together.”

The event brings together a wide cross-section of industry stakeholders, offering opportunities to explore current market trends and future outlooks, while encouraging collaboration across production, distribution, and end-use sectors.
