Sunningwell wants to buy Polish steel mill Huta Częstochowa

Sunningwell International, a company cooperating with international funds and dealing in investing in enterprises and financing their business ventures, has signed an asset lease agreement with the trustee Huta Częstochowa, as various Polish media report. The agreement was negotiated in less than a week. The plant of the largest Polish sheet producer, incl. shipbuilding and reinforcing, is not working since April. The tenant's entry will allow production to start at the beginning of October.
In addition to Huta Częstochowa, Sunningwell, has also invested in a Bydgoszcz pellet production plant for the production of cable sheaths and a company from Toruń to produce fuel from polyolefins. It intends to build a power plant in Bosnia and buy plants producing long steel products in one of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
