Munich/Schwelm – Klüber Lubrication München SE & Co. KG acquired the TRAXIT International GmbH, Schwelm, Germany. The purchase agreement includes all assets of the company including the international subsidiaries. With this acquisition TRAXIT becomes a further division of Klüber Lubrication.
