Munich/Schwelm – Klüber Lubrication München SE & Co. KG acquired the TRAXIT International GmbH, Schwelm, Germany. The purchase agreement includes all assets of the company including the international subsidiaries. With this acquisition TRAXIT becomes a further division of Klüber Lubrication.
Brussels – World crude steel production for the 64 countries reporting to the World Steel Association was 147.8 million tonnes (Mt) in November 2019, a 1.0% decrease compared to November 2018.
